摘 要:工业化进程的加快,使得工业热电阻在越来越多的行业和领域得到了应用,本身所具有的运行性能高、结构简单、维护方便等优势受到了技术人员的青睐。不过,工业热电阻在检定中经常出现偏差率高的问题,对其运行效率和稳定性产生了不容忽视的影响。本文从工业热电阻的工作原理出发,就其检定中产生偏差的原因,提出了相应的控制策略,希望能够使得工业热电阻的性能充分发挥出来。With the acceleration of industrialization, industrial thermal resistance has been applied in more and more industries and fields, and its advantages such as high performance, simple structure and convenient maintenance are favored by technicians. However, the problem of high deviation rate often occurs in the calibration of industrial thermal resistors, which has a significant impact on the operational efficiency and stability. Starting from the working principle of industrial thermal resistance, this paper puts forward the corresponding control strategy for the reason of deviation in its calibration, hoping to make full use of the performance of industrial thermal resistance.
