民国医院社会工作的发展

摘　　要：民国时期，我国医院社会工怍以北京协和医院为起点，逐渐发展到其他西方教会所办医院、民间慈善医院和政府念立医院，且在精神病防治领域也有所建村。这一时期医院社会工怍者专业素质较高，在运用个案工怍方法为病人提供综合“社会治疗”方面取得明显成效。医院社会工怍也不再是传播宗教的工具，而是演变为近代世俗化的社会事业。而且，国民政府逐渐在医院社会工怍中扮演重要角色，不仅在国立医院成立社会服务部，而且主持编写了系刮专业著怍。During the period of the Republic of China, medical social work first started at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and then spread to other Western church hospitals, private charity hospitals, governmental hospitals, and even to some of the mental hospitals gradually. With a high professional quality, the hospital social workers provided comprehensive ＂social therapy＂ for the patients by case work method and achieved obvious therapeutic effect. Hospital social work was no longer the tool for spreading religion, but had become modern social undertakings. In addition, the Kuomintang government not only set up the department of social services at the national hospital, but also published series of professional books, which gradually played an important role in medical social work.
