摘　　要：失独家庭是极具中国本土特色的一种社会现象和社会问题，失独的突然变故重创了原本就极具风险的独生子女家庭。帮助这些失独家庭在价值迷失甚至绝望之时进行价值重塑，以及帮助失独家庭在家庭破裂时实现家庭重建，显然是当下帮助失独家庭重建生活信心的关键。在国家正在建立完善的社会政策应对失独家庭困境的背景下，社会工作独特的专业理念、方法与技巧可在失独家庭的价值重塑与家庭重建的本土化探索中发挥独特作用。Family who lost the only child belongs to the social phenomenon and social problem which has its characteristic, sudden accident will extremely hit the one-child family which is risky. How to make the lost-only-child famlily when their value has lost or desperate to restore, and how to help the lost-only-child family facing family breakdown to reconstruct, that obviously is the key to rebuild life confidence of the lost-only-child famlily. When social policy has not been perfectly detailed, social work that has the unique professional concept, method and skill, can play a special role in localization of exploration on value reshape and reconstruction of the lost-only-child family.
