摘  要:目的通过检测川崎病患儿血内皮微粒、一氧化氮及炎症因子水平,探讨内皮微粒在反映川崎病早期血管功能状态作用及其影响因素。方法收集川崎病急性期患儿50例,同时收集性别、年龄相匹配的健康儿童20例,检测血内皮微粒、一氧化氮及炎症因子水平,观察内皮微粒和川崎病冠状动脉损害及炎症因子、一氧化氮水平间的关系。结果川崎病患儿血浆内皮微粒含量明显高于正常对照组,且有冠状动脉损害者升高水平更为明显,与一氧化氮及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α、C-反应蛋白水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论川崎病患儿早期即存在EMPs的升高,与冠脉损害间呈正向关系,可反映川崎病患儿早期的血管功能状态,且与炎症因子及一氧化氮水平呈正相关。Objective To explore the role of endothelial mieropartieles in the vascular function of early Kawasaki disease and its influencing factors by detecting the levels of endothelial mieropartieles, nitric oxide and inflammatory factors in children with Kawasaki disease. Methods A totally of 50 children with acute Kawasaki disease were enrolled. 20 healthy children with matched gender and age were collected. The blood endothelial mieropartieles, nitric oxide and inflammatory factors were measured. The relationship between endothelial particles and Kawasaki disease coronary artery lesions, itfflammatory factors and nitric oxide were observed. Results The plasma endothelial mieropartieles content of children with Kawasaki disease was significantly higher than that of the normal control group, and the elevated level of coronary artery lesions in the patients was more obvious, and positively correlated with the levels of nitric oxide, inflammatory factors tumor necrosis faetor-α and C-reactive protein(P〈0.05). Conclusion The elevation of EMPs occurs in early Kawasaki disease and is positively correlated with coronary artery lesions, which can reflect the vascular function status of children with early Kawasaki disease and is positively correlated with itfflammatory factors and nitric oxide levels.
