摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复在腹腔镜胃袖状切除术治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析2018年1～3月在中日友好医院接受腹腔镜胃袖状切除术治疗的2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者临床护理资料,统计患者性别、年龄、身体质量指数、腹围等一般资料和术后平均住院日及术后并发症,分析临床护理工作在术前、术后、出院阶段的流程规范及意义。结果在规范的护理流程下,所有患者均顺利完成腹腔镜胃袖状切除术,患者术后平均住院日为(2.3±0.4)d,未出现术后并发症。结论基于快速康复的腹腔镜胃袖状切除术可有效减少术后平均住院日,使患者受益,但需要形成合理的护理规范体系。Objective To investigate the nursing experience of rapid rehabilitation in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity in laparoscopic gastric sleeve gastrectomy. Methods The clinical nursing data of the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity undergoing laparoscopic gastric sleeve gastrectomy in China-Japan Friendship Hospital from January to March 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients＇ gender, age, body mass index, abdominal circumference and other general information and postoperative average length of stay and postoperative complications were collected. The process specifications and significance of clinical nursing work before surgery, during surgery and after discharge were analyzed. Results All patients were successfully given laparoscopic gastric sleeve gastrectomy under the standardized nursing procedure. The average postoperative hospital stay was（2.3±0.4） days. No postoperative complications were observed. Conclusion Laparoscopic gastric sleeve gastrectomy based on rapid rehabilitation can effectively reduce the average postoperative hospital stay and benefit patients, but it is necessary to form a reasonable standardized nursing system.
