支撑喉镜下声带囊肿部分切除术16例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨声带囊肿的部分切除术的临床效果。方法对16例患者在支撑喉镜下行声带囊肿的突出部分的全层切除术,搔刮和烧灼囊内壁。结果 16例患者经过4个月～2年2个月的随访,患者声带边缘整齐,运动正常,发音清晰,未见病变复发。结论声带囊肿的部分切除术效果好,简单可行,值得临床应用。Objective Objective to investigate the clinical effect of partial excision of vocal cord cyst. Methods Sixteen patients with vocal cord cysts underwent full-thickness excision of the protruding part of the vocal cord cyst under the support laryngoscope,and the inner wall of the cyst was scraped and cautered. Results The sixteen patients were followed up from 4 months to 2 years and 2 months,with neat vocal cords edge,normal movement,clear articulation,and no recurrence of the disease. Conclusion Partial excision of vocal cord cyst is effective,simple and feasible. It is worthy of clinical application.
