速效救心丸瓶塞在喉癌术后金属气管套管堵管中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨喉部分切除术患者术后使用金属气管套管如何选择合适的堵管器具。方法回顾性分析于2017年6月～2018年3月于我科就诊并行喉部分切除术治疗的60例患者随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用预充式导管冲洗器旋帽进行堵管,实验组采用灭菌后速效救心丸瓶塞进行堵管,比较两组患者开始堵管至堵管成功时间、堵管期间发生堵子脱落人数及患者对堵子的满意程度。结果喉癌术后金属气管套管中速效救心丸瓶塞开始堵管至堵管成功时间较预充式导管冲洗器旋帽进行堵管存在明显差异(t=6.499,P<0.05);喉癌术后金属气管套管中速效救心丸瓶塞较预充式导管冲洗器旋帽进行堵管成功所需时间明显缩短;喉癌术后金属气管套管中速效救心丸瓶塞的堵子脱落较预充式导管冲洗器旋帽进行堵管存在明显差异(P<0.05);喉癌术后金属气管套管中速效救心丸瓶塞的对堵管器具满意较预充式导管冲洗器旋帽进行堵管存在明显差异(P<0.05);喉癌术后金属气管套管中速效救心丸瓶塞较预充式导管冲洗器旋帽进行堵管明显降低了堵子脱落,对堵管器具满意程度明显提高。结论速效救心丸瓶塞在喉癌术后金属气管套管中长期堵管中取得较好的满意效果,临床值得推广。Objective To discuss how to choose the appropriate occluder for partial laryngectomy patients using metal tracheal tube after laryngectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients treated with partial laryngectomy from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. After sterilizing,the patients in the experimental group were treated with the Suxiao Jiuxin pills bottle plug. The time from the beginning to the success of plugging was compared between the two groups,the number of shedding occurred during the plugging and the satisfaction of the patients with the plugging were compared. Results After laryngeal cancer operation,the metal trachea cannula of Suxiao Jiuxin pills bottle plug began. The successful time of plugging was significantly different from that from the rotary cap of the pre-filled douche（t=6.499,P〈0.05）. After laryngeal cancer,the time of successful plugging in the metal trachea cannula of Suxiao Jiuxin pills bottle plug was significantly shorter than that of the cap of pre-filled catheter flushing device. There was significant difference in the plugging of Suxiao Jiuxin pills bottle plug in the metal tracheal cannula after laryngeal cancer compared with that ofthe cap of prefilled catheter flushing device（P〈0.05）. After laryngeal cancer,there was a significant difference in the plugging of Suxiao Jiuxin pills bottle plug in the metal tracheal cannula（P〈0.05）compared with that of the rotary cap of the pre-filled catheter flushing device. After laryngeal cancer,the plugging of Suxiao Jiuxin pills bottle plug in the metal trachea cannula after laryngocarcinoma was significantly reduced and the degree of satisfaction with the plugging apparatus was obviously improved compared with the plug cap of pre-filled catheter flushing device. Conclusion Suxiao Jiuxin pills can achieve satisfactory results in the long-term closure of metal tracheal cannula after laryngeal cancer operation,its clinical practice is worth popularizing.
