摘 要:文章以花生壳及其水洗样为研究对象,采用SEM,XRF方法研究了花生壳水洗前后碱金属及碱土金属含量的变化,并利用水平管式炉在450,550,650℃下对花生壳进行热解实验。实验结果表明:水洗预处理能够去除花生壳中的部分金属元素,降低灰分含量,并提高花生壳的热值;水洗预处理能够使花生壳热解失重峰值温度向高温区移动,并提高热解速率和生物油产率;碱金属的去除有利于糖类、醛类以及酮类物质的产生,碱金属的去除还能够抑制大分子物质(醇类、酚类等)的进一步裂解。In this paper, the peanut shell was washed with deionized water, the original and demineralized samples were pyrolyzed in a fixed bed reactor under 450,550,650 ℃. The alkali and alkaline earth metallic(AAEMs) composition and surface structure of before and after pretreatment were analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X Ray Fluorescence(XRF). The results indicatrs that water leaching can effectively remove AAEMs and reduce ash content of biomass. Simultaneously, compared with original sample, leaching pretreatment increases the pyrolysis temperature and improves the contents of sugars, aldehydes and ketones.Nevertheless, the removal of AAEMs inhabits the further decomposition of phenols and alcohols.
