摘 要:在既有运营线下顶推施工是一种常见的施工形式,对于桥幅宽、重量大的大跨度框构桥,顶推施工的难度大、施工技术要求高。文章以黄万铁路大跨度顶进框构桥施工为背景,详细论述了该桥成功顶推的各环节施工措施,包括既有线路加固、路基注浆加固技术、预制基坑滑板的施工细节、油顶选配最大顶力计算及顶进纠偏等措施,这些施工经验可为同类工程提供参考。The construction technique of incremental launching method under existing operation lines is an ordinary form of construction. Because the large span frame bridge is wide and heavy,the construction is more difficult and the construction requirements are higher. Taking the construction of the long-span launching frame bridge on Huang Wan railway as the background,this paper discusses in detail the construction measures for every step of the bridge jacking. Including the reinforcement of existing lines,reinforcement technology of roadbed grouting, construction details of prefabricated foundation pit skateboards, calculation of the maximum jacking force of top oil options, and measures for jacking correction,etc. These construction experiences can provide reference for similar projects.
