摘  要:在大数据深刻发展的时代背景下,充分利用数据的强大优势来促进企业竞争情报工作的开展,对于提升企业管理效能和构建企业竞争优势具有重要的现实意义。以"数据"为视角,分析了大数据背景下的企业竞争特征以及企业竞争情报工作面临的新机遇和新挑战,并基于机遇和挑战的现实状况,从3个方面提出了提升企业竞争情报工作效能、构建企业长久竞争优势的有效措施。Under the background of the profound development of big data, making full use of the powerful advantages of data to promote the development of competitive intelligence work of enterprises has important practical significance for improving the management efficiency of enterprises and building competitive advantages of enterprises. From the perspective of "data", this paper analyzes the characteristics of enterprise competition in the context of big data and the new opportunities and challenges facing enterprise competitive intelligence work, and based on the reality of opportunities and challenges, puts forward some effective measures for improving the efficiency of enterprise competitive intelligence work and building the long-term competitive advantage from three aspects.
