摘 要:目的 :探讨呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)检测在诊断支气管哮喘中的应用价值。方法 :选取常熟市第二人民医院呼吸内科收治的90例支气管哮喘患者(这些患者的病情均经综合检查得到确诊)与同期在该医院进行体检的90例健康人作为研究对象。将90例支气管哮喘患者设为支气管哮喘组,将90例健康人设为比较组。对两组研究对象均进行FeNO检测,比较其检测的结果,同时比较支气管哮喘组患者在接受治疗前后其FeNO的水平。结果:支气管哮喘组患者FeNO的水平高于比较组健康人,P <0.05。接受治疗后,支气管哮喘组患者FeNO的水平低于接受治疗前,P <0.05。结论 :对支气管哮喘患者进行FeNO检测,可较为准确地诊断其病情,且能根据其FeNO的水平评估其治疗的效果。objective: to explore the application value of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) in the diagnosis of bronchial asthma. Methods: a total of 90 patients with bronchial asthma who were admitted to the department of respiratory medicine of the second people's hospital of changshu city(all of whom were confirmed by comprehensive examination) and 90 healthy people who had physical examination in the hospital at the same time were selected as subjects. Ninety patients with bronchial asthma were set as the bronchial asthma group, and 90 healthy people were set as the comparison group. FeNO detection was performed in both groups, and the results were compared. At the same time, FeNO level was compared before and after treatment in patients with bronchial asthma. Results: FeNO level in the bronchial asthma group was higher than that in the comparison group, P〈0.05. After treatment, FeNO level in the bronchial asthma group was lower than that before treatment, P〈0.05. Conclusion: FeNO detection in patients with bronchial asthma can accurately diagnose the disease and evaluate the therapeutic effect according to the level of FeNO.
