摘  要:用自制双金属氰化络合物(DMC)催化乙氧基化反应合成超长链的异丁烯基聚乙二醇(HPEG5000)大单体。考察了单体摩尔比、引发剂质量分数、滴加反应时间以及助催化剂质量分数对减水剂性能的影响;并对合成的大单体及聚羧酸减水剂进行了红外光谱和凝胶色谱分析。结果表明,所得产物分子结构为超长侧链结构,符合预期。同时对合成的减水剂进行混凝土性能试验,表现出各龄期强度高、减水率高、坍落度保持好等性能特征。Super long chain methallyl polyethylene glycol(HPEG5000) macromonomers are prepared via ethoxylation reaction catalyzed by self-made double metal cyanide complex(DMC).The effects of the molar ratio between monomers,the content of initiator,the reaction time of drop wise addition and the amount of co-catalyst on the performance of the synthesized water reducing agent are investigated.The synthesized macromonomer and polycarboxylate water reducing agent are analyzed by means of infrared spectroscopy and gel permeation chromatography.Analysis results show that the product has an expected ultra-long side chain structure.Subjected to a concrete performance test,the polycarboxylate synthesized exhibits high intensity at each age,high water reduction rate,and good slump retention performance characteristics.
