摘　　要：黄褐斑易诊难治,本文旨在探索黄褐斑的整合治疗方法。黄褐斑的整合治疗方向包括促进黑素分解和代谢、减少黑素合成和传输、减轻炎症和修复屏障、改善皮肤和全身状态等,并应严格防晒、加强皮肤护理、采用温和洗脸法、调节好情绪及规律作息等。黄褐斑的整合治疗可提高疗效、并可降低副反应发生率和复发率、提高患者的体验度和满意度,是一种较先进的理念和方法,值得推广。Melasma is easy to diagnose and diffcult to treat. The aim of this study is to explore the integrated treatment of melasma. The integrated treatment of melasma, including promoting melanin decomposition and metabolism, reducing melanin synthesis and transmission, alleviating infammation and repairing the skin barrier, improving the skin structure and body general condition, and should strictly sunscreen, strengthen skin care, adopt gentle facial washing, adjust mood and regular routine. The integrated treatment of melasma can improve the curative effect, reduce the incidence of side effects and recurrence rate, and improve the experience and satisfaction of patients, it is an advanced concept and method, worth promoting.
