摘　　要：目的:探讨阴道紧缩术后阴道外口及会阴体赘积皮肤黏膜组织的处理方法及其临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2018年1月共收治32例阴道松弛患者,根据患者阴道松弛程度及伴有的会阴撕裂分度均采用保留阴道内黏膜组织、局部组织转位以加强会阴体的改良阴道紧缩术。结果:本组32例,切口均一期愈合。术后随访6个月～2年,会阴外形满意,阴道松弛明显改善,性生活满意度显著提高。结论:加强会阴体的改良阴道紧缩术在改善患者阴道松弛的同时可兼顾会阴形态,性生活满意度也有明显提高,临床上可推广应用。Objective To explore the treatment methods and clinical effcacy of vaginal external orifce and perineal hoarding skin mucosa after vaginal tightening. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, 32 patients with vaginal relaxation were treated. According to the degree of vaginal relaxation and the associated perineal tear index, the vaginal mucosa was preserved and the local tissue was transposed to strengthen the vaginal tightening of the perineal body. Results In this group of 32 cases, the incision healed in the frst stage. After 6 months to 2 years of follow-up, the shape of the perineum was satisfactory, the vaginal relaxation was significantly improved, and the satisfaction of sexual life was significantly improved. Conclusion Strengthening the vaginal tightening of the perineal body can improve the vaginal relaxation of the patient while taking into account the perineal morphology, and the sexual life satisfaction is also signifcantly improved, which can be promoted and applied clinically.
