摘 要:目的:研究CD100分子在正常皮肤组织、急性创面及慢性创面中的表达。方法:采用免疫组化法检测外科手术切除的20例正常皮肤组织、30例急性创面及20例慢性创面边缘全层皮肤组织CD100的表达水平。结果:正常皮肤CD100主要表达于表皮,其中胞膜高表达,真皮不表达;急性创面中表皮CD100膜表达水平显著降低;慢性创面中CD100在表皮组织低表达而真皮表达显著升高。各组间表皮胞膜、胞质及真皮中CD100表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在皮肤组织损伤早期,表皮组织膜型CD100的脱落可能对创面愈合早期发挥重要作用,慢性创面CD100表皮持续性低表达、真皮高表达的状态可能和创面难愈有关。Objective To investigate the expression of CD100 in normal skin tissue, acute wound and chronic wound tissues. Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of CD100 in 20 cases of normal skin tissues, 30 cases of acute wound and 20 cases of chronic wound tissues. Results The expression of CD100 in normal skin tissues was mainly expressed in the epidermis, and was not expressed in dermis. The expression level of membrane CD100 of epidermis in acute wound was signifcantly reduced. In the chronic wound, the expression level of CD100 in the epidermis was low, but the expression level in the dermis was increased signifcantly. The expression levels of CD100 in membrane and cytoplasm of epidermal and in dermis had statistical difference in the three groups (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the early skin tissue damage, shedding of membrane CD100 in epidermis may play an important role in acute wound healing. In chronic wounds, the condition of low CD100 expression in epidermis and the high CD100 expression in epidermis may be related to the diffculty of chronic wound healing.
