摘　　要：目的:探讨负压引流联合活性敷料处理骨科手术创口的美容护理效果。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月-2017年7月笔者医院骨科收治的60例患者的诊疗情况。按照治疗方法的不同将患者分为2组,每组30例。观察组采用负压引流联合活性敷料处理并实施针对性护理模式,对照组选择常规治疗和换药方法,并给予常规护理措施。治疗和护理1个月后,对两组的治疗效果进行评价,比较两组疼痛程度和创口感染情况以及创口美容效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组Ⅰ级疼痛程度患者所占比例高于对照组,Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级疼痛程度患者比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创口感染发生率为3.3%低于对照组的10.0%,且观察组创口美容效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:负压引流处理联合活性敷料应用于骨科手术创口,并配合针对性护理措施,效果较好,可促进创口愈合,提高美容效果,值得在临床上推广。Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of negative pressure drainage combined with active dressings in department of orthopedics. Methods The medical records of 60 patients admitted to department of orthopedics in our hospital from January 2017 to July 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods, with 30 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated by negative pressure drainage combined with active dressing and targeted nursing mode was implemented, while the patients in the control group received routine treatment and dressing change and give routine nursing measures. After one month of treatment and care. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated, and the pain degree, wound infection and cosmetic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, which was signifcantly higher than that of the control group （80.0%）, the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. The proportion of patients with grade I pain in observation group was higher than that in control group, while the proportion of patients with grade II and III pain was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）. The incidence of wound infection in the observation group was 3.3% lower than that in the control group （10.0%）, and the cosmetic effect of the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Negative pressure drainage combined with active dressings applied to orthopaedic surgical wounds, combined with targeted nursing measures, the effect is better, can promote wound healing, improve cosmetic effect, it is worth promoting in clinic.
