摘　　要：瘢痕是创伤后成纤维细胞异常增生,胶原合成与降解失衡导致,是创伤修复的必然产物。瘢痕局部增厚变硬,伴疼痛及瘙痒,严重影响患者的美观及日常生活。目前,对瘢痕的治疗方法主要包括物理压迫、激光疗法、药物疗法、放射疗法及手术疗法等。以上方式均可达到一定的治疗效果,但是这些治疗方式存在的诸多限制因素是无法规避的。因此,攻克瘢痕的困扰仍是人们不懈追求的目标。脂肪移植具有来源丰富、获取方便、创伤小、生物相容性好等优势。现已被广泛应用于临床,如:组织填充、体型重塑、面部年轻化等,脂肪移植对于瘢痕的治疗也有所报道,尤其对凹陷性瘢痕的治疗临床已广泛应用。随着瘢痕修复的不断研究及探索,自体脂肪移植与瘢痕治疗相结合,把瘢痕的治疗推向一个新高度。本文主要就瘢痕治疗现状、脂肪移植的进展、脂肪移植对瘢痕的治疗效果、治疗机制、该技术存在的利弊及发展综述如下。Formation of scars is the result of abnormal fibroblast proliferation and the unbalanced collagen synthesis and collagen degradation, an unavoidable process during wound healing. Local thickening and hardening caused by scars, and the ensuing pains and itches, badly affect the appearance and daily life of patients.Current therapies to heal scars include physical compression, laser treatment, radioactive treatment, and surgery.Each of these therapies is effective to some degree, but also limited by many factors.Getting rid of scars remains an unfnished task for humans.Fat grafting stands out with rich, easily ready sources of fat, minor wound, and good biocompatability, among other advantages.Fat grafting is now widely used in clinical settings such as tissue flling, shape reconstruction, and facial rejuvenation. The effect of fat grafting in treating scars has been reported. Particularly, it has been widely used for treating depressed scars.Continuous research into scar repairs has led to the combination of autologus fat graft with scar treatment, pushing scar therapies to new levels.This paper focuses on the current statue pf scar treatment, progress of fat grafting and its effect on scar treatment, treating mechanism, strengths, weaknesses, and development of fat grafting.
