摘  要:采用盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸溶解样品,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定了土壤中痕量镉。方法研究了石墨炉原子化程序的优化,仪器工作参数的选择,基体改性剂的选择,最后采用标准加入法进行测定。在选定的仪器工作条件下,吸光度在0. 18以内时,质量浓度与吸光度有良好的线性关系,线性相关系数达到0. 998684,Cd方法检出限(MDL)为0. 062μg/L,样品加标回收率为101. 7%~105. 5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为3. 47%~4. 39%(n=11)。结果表明:该方法具有灵敏度高、精密度高、线性关系好、测量结果准确度高等优点,完全满足土壤中痕量镉重金属元素的测定。Hydrochloric acid-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-perchloric acid solution is adopted for dissolution of sample,thetrace cadmium in soil is determined by atomic absorption spectrometry of graphite furnace. Study is carried out for optimization of atomizationprocedure of graphite furnace,for selection of instrument working parameters,for selection of substrate modifier,finally,the standard addition method is adopted for determination. Under the selected instrument working conditions,when the absorbance within 0 18,the massconcentration and the absorbance has the good linear relation,the linear correlation coefficient can reach to 0 998684,Cd method detectionlimit ( MDL)is 0 062μg / L,the adding standard recovery rate of sample is 101 7% - 105 5%,the relative standard deviation ( RSD)is3 47% - 4 39% ( n = 11) . The results show:this method has high sensitivity,high precision degree,good linear relation,high accuracydegree of measuring result,and the other features,which can totally meet the determination requirement of the heavy metal element-tracecadmium.
