摘  要:目前,我国水资源污染情况十分严峻。部分城市河流由于污染日益严重逐渐演变成黑臭水体,这不仅破坏生态平衡,更直接危害人类的健康。大量的黑臭水如何处理已成为亟待解决的问题。本文概述了我国黑臭水体污染现状及国内外传统治理黑臭水方法。基于目前微生物法修复黑臭水体存在效率较低等诸多问题,提出将宏基因组学、代谢组学等组学技术引入微生物法净化黑臭水体的研究中,以期阐释微生物净化黑臭水的机理以及深入研究微生物群落结构的变化与净化效率的关系,为提高黑臭水的净化效率提供理论依据。本文展望了宏基因组学和代谢组学等组学技术在微生物法净化黑臭水技术研究中的应用前景。At present,water pollution situation in China is very severe. Some urban river gradually evolved into black and odorous water due to environmental pollution increasingly serious,which not only break the ecological balance,but also directly harmful to human health. How to treat the large volume black and odorous water has become a serious problem at present. The current situation of blackand odorous water pollution in China,and the traditional treatment methods for black and odorous water in China and abroad are all summarized. It is proposed that the introduction of Metagenomics,Metabonomics and the other Omics technologies into the study on purification ofblack and odorous water by microorganism,because of the low efficiency and the other problems exist in black and odorous water remediationby microorganism method,in order to explain the purification mechanism of black and odorous water,and for further study the relationshipbetween community structure change of microorganism and purification efficiency,which can supply the theoretical foundation for improvement of the purification efficiency of black and odorous water. The application prospect of Metagenomics,Metabonomics and the other Omicstechnologies in study on purification of black and odorous water by microorganism is described.
