摘 要:采用传统固溶反应技术制备了新型(Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5))0.94Ba_(0.06)TiO_3无铅铁电陶瓷,并详细研究了陶瓷体系的物相、介电、阻抗及电导率特性。XRD衍射分析表明了该无铅陶瓷的晶体结构为纯钙钛矿型的赝立方相,无任何杂相。介电测试发现该陶瓷体系最大介电常数为5000,且介电损耗在30-400°C范围内的值小于0.05,具有较好的介电性能。电导率测试揭示了载流子迁移对频率和温度的依赖性。阻抗分析进一步证实了氧空位的电导效应和迁移类型的转换机制。分析结果为BNT基无铅陶瓷体系的电学特性研究提供重要参考。A new type of (Bi0.5Na0.5)0.94Ba0.06TiO3lead-free ferroelectric ceramics is developed by utilizing the traditional solid solution reaction technology. The phase of matter, dielectric, impedance, and electrical conductivity characteristics of the ceramic system are further discussed in detail in the paper. The XRD diffraction analysis indicates that the crystal structure of the lead-free ceramic is a pure perovskite type with Pseudopotential phase, without any impurity phase. The dielectric test found that the maximum dielectric constant of the ceramic system is 5000, and the dielectric loss is less than 0.05 in the wide range of 30-40℃, possessing good dielectric properties. The conductivity analysis reveals that the carrier migration is dependent upon frequency and temperature. The impedance analysis further confirms the transfer mechanism between the conductance effect of oxygen vacancy and the migration type. The results provide an important reference for the study onthe electrical properties of BNT based lead-free ceramic system.
