摘  要:目的:基于中医传承辅助系统软件,分析新疆名医许公平治疗咳嗽病的用药规律。方法:采用关联规则Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,分析许公平325首治疗咳嗽方剂中各个药物的使用频次和关联规则,提炼其对咳嗽的治疗经验。结果:处方中使用频次较高的药物包括苦杏仁、炙麻黄、冬瓜子、桑白皮、甘草、鱼腥草、枇杷叶、款冬花、白前、桔梗等,同时挖掘出核心组合10个,新处方5个。结论:许公平治疗咳嗽用药注重驱邪,以宣肺化痰、解毒除湿、清热平喘法为主,同时注重"肺与大肠相表里"理论,治时不忘应用降气通腑药物,对于肺系病证的治疗有指导意义。Objective: To analyze the medication rule of XU Gongping in the treatment of coughing based on TCM inheritance auxiliary system software. Methods: The application frequency of the herbs used and their association rule were explored by analyzing the 325 formula for coughing prescribed by XU Gongping; the unsupervised data mining methods, such as Apriori method of association rule and entropy clustering method of complex system, were applied in the study. Results: The herbs used with higher frequency were Ku Xing Ren(bitter apricot kernel), Zhi Ma Huang(prepared ephedra), Dong Gua Zi(waxgourd seed), Sang Bai Pi(white mulberry root-bark), Gan Cao(liquorice root), Yu Xing Cao(heartleaf houttuynia herb), Pi Pa Ye(loquat leaf), Kuan Dong Hua(common coltsfoot flower), Bai Qian(willowleaf swallowwort rhizome), and Jie Geng(platycodon root). Moreover, 10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were explored. Conclusion: XU Gongping emphasized expelling evil- qi , ventilating Lung and resolving phlegm, as well clearing heat and abating panting. Inter relationship of Lung and Large Intestine was also paid attention to, and herbs which can descend adversely risen qi and free the bowels were used more in the treatment. The treatment idea is of significance to Lung diseases.
