自拟益气和胃汤联合mFOLFOX6化疗治疗晚期直肠癌的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟益气和胃汤联合mFOLFOX6化疗方案治疗晚期直肠癌患者的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的晚期直肠癌患者112例随机分为观察组56例和对照组56例。其中对照组采用mFOLFOX6化疗方案,观察组在对照组化疗基础上给予自拟益气和胃汤治疗。观察治疗后两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组治疗后相比,观察组晚期结肠癌患者中医证候总有效率更高(P<0.05),中医证候积分更低(P<0.001),治疗后部分不良反应(乏力、纳差、恶心呕吐、腹泻、周围神经炎)发生率更低。但是观察组与对照组患者的客观缓解率(ORR)及其余不良反应(口腔炎、出血)并无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:自拟益气和胃汤联合mFOLFOX6化疗治疗晚期直肠癌具有更好的临床疗效,且治疗后不良反应发生率更低。Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of self-made Yiqi Hewei Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy project in the treatment of advanced rectal cancer. Methods： 112 cases of advanced rectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group（ n =56） and the control group（ n =56）. The control group was treated by mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy project; on which basis, the observation group was also treated with self-made Yiqi Hewei Decoction. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results： The total effective rate was significantly higher in the observation group compared to that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. TCM syndrome score was much lower in the observation group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.001）. Incidence of adverse reactions, including fatigue, anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and peripheral neuritis, were significantly less in the observation group than those in the control group. However, there was no statistical differences between the observation group and the control group in terms of the objective remission rate（ORR） and other adverse reactions（ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： The self- made Yiqi Hewei Decoction combined with mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy has better clinical effect on advanced rectal cancer, with its less adverse reactions.
