补阳还五汤配合康复训练治疗脑卒中后恢复期的价值探究

摘　　要：目的探讨补阳还五汤配合康复训练在治疗脑卒中后恢复期的效果。方法方便选取2017年1月—2018年4月在该院治疗的82例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分组,对照组患者应用康复训练治疗,实验组患者给予补阳还五汤配合康复训练治疗,观察比较两组患者治疗效果、肌张力和运动平衡能力、FMA评分和BI评分差异。结果实验组患者总有效率为97.56%明显高于对照组(χ~2=5.028,P=0.013);实验组患者肌张力(2.19±0.42)分较对照组明显下降,肢体运动功能(63.24±6.83)分、平衡能力(57.76±5.38)分较对照组显著提高(t=4.215、3.991、5.358,P=0.009、0.013、0.018);实验组患者FMA评分(75.09±14.92)分和BI评分(71.67±16.31)分同对照组比较均明显提高(t=6.924、4.069,P=0.015、0.021)。结论针对脑卒中恢复期患者应用补阳还五汤配合康复训练治疗可明显提高治疗效果,降低肌张力,改善运动功能,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training on the recovery period after stroke. Methods A total of 82 stroke recovery patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with rehabilitation training. The experimental group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training. Differences in treatment outcome, muscle tone and exercise balance, FMA score, and BI score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.56%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group （X^2=5.028, P=0.013）. The muscle tension （2.19±0.42）points of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the limb motor function （63.24±6.83） points and balance ability （57.76±5.38）points were significantly higher than the control group （t=4.215, 3.991, 5.358, P=0.009, 0.013, 0.018）; the FMA score （75.09± 14.92）points and the BI score （71.67±16.31）points in the experimental group. The increase was significantly higher in the same control group （t=6.924, 4.069, P=0.015, 0.021）. Conclusion The application of Buyang Huanwu Decoction combined with rehabilitation training for stroke recovery patients can significantly improve the treatment effect, reduce muscle tension and improve motor function, which is worthy of popularization and application.
