老年高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心室重塑状态的变化观察

摘　　要：目的:观察与分析老年高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心室重塑状态的变化情况。方法:选取2017年5月至2018年2月福建医科大学省立医院收治的老年高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者70例为A组,同时期的老年高血压患者70例为B组,健康老年人员70例为C组。检测与比较3组的心室重塑指标及相关血液指标,并比较A组与B组中相同血压患者的检测结果。结果:A组的心室重塑指标及相关血液指标均高于B组及C组,B组则高于C组,且A组中相同血压患者的检测结果均高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:老年高血压合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者的心室重塑状态相对明显,阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对其影响明显,上述方面的临床监测价值较高。Objective： To observe and analyze the change situation of ventricular remodeling state of elderly patients with hypertension complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. Methods： A total of 70 elderly patients with hyper-tension complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome in Fujian Medical University Provincial Hospital from May 2017 to February 2018 were selected as group A, 70 elderly patients with hypertension at the same time were selected as group B, 70 healthy elderly persons were selected as group C. Then the ventricular remodeling indexes and related blood indexes of three groups were detected and compared, and the detection results of group A and group B with the same blood pressure were compared too. Results ： The ventricular remodeling indexes and related blood indexes of group A were all higher than those of group B and group C, the detection results of group B were higher than those of group C, and the detection results of group A with the same blood pressure were were all higher than those of group B, the differences were statistically signif-icant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The ventricular remodeling state of elderly patients with hyperlension complicated with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome are relatively obvious, and the the influence of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome for the expression is obvious too, so the clinical monitoring value are higher.
