ERAS理念对老年人工髋关节置换患者术后恢复情况的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究ERAS理念对老年人工髋关节置换(THA)患者术后恢复情况的影响。方法将2015年6月至2017年5月于我院行THA术后患者共64例为受试对象分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后采用常规护理方法,观察组术后引入ERAS理念,比较两组患者术后恢复情况。结果护理后,观察组疼痛程度、生活能力、行走能力、关节畸形及活动度评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率、术后下床时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS理念能促进THA患者术后髋关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生,缩短术后下床所需时间及住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得在THA患者实际护理中采用。Objective To investigate the effect of ERAS on postoperative recovery condition of senile patients with THA.Methods 64 cases underwent THA in our hospital from June 1,2015 to May 31,2017 were selected as the study objects,32 cases selected at the year before were seen as the control group,32 cases selected at the second year were seen as the observation group,the control group was given regular nursing after operation,and the observation group was given ERAS,compare the postoperative recovery condition between the two groups.Results After nursing,pain degree,ADL,walking ability,joint deformity and ASDAS of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,complication incidence rate,postoperative？activity time,hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,nursing satisfaction degree was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ERAS can promote hip joint function recovery of THA patients,reduce complication occurrence,shorten hospital stay and improve nursing satisfaction degree,it is worthy of application during the practical nursing.
