摘　　要：目的观察人性化护理干预对妇产科失血性休克(HS)患者预后的影响。方法对我院妇产科60例HS患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据其护理方案分为个性化护理组(研究组,n=34)和常规组(对照组,n=26)。观察干预效果,于患者出院时评估护理服务质量[PZB的服务质量量表(SERVQUAL)]和患者生存质量[生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)]。结果研究组止血时间、住院时间均小于对照组(P均<0.05);SERVQUAL、GQOLI-74各维度评分则均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论个性化护理方案可为妇产科HS患者提供高质量的护理服务,对促进其疾病恢复、改善其生活质量有一定帮助。Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing intervention on prognosis of patients with HS.Methods 60 cases with HS in the obstetrics and gynecology department in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into the personalized nursing group（observation group,n=34） and the regular group（control group,n=26） according to the nursing methods.Observe the intervention effects,evaluate the SERVQUAL,GQOLI-74 of patients.Results Hemostatic time,hospital stays of the observation group were less than those of the control group（P〈0.05）;SERVQUAL,GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Personalized nursing can provide high-quality nursing service for HS patients,it can promote disease recovery and improve life quality.
