卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇预防多次剖宫产瘢痕子宫产后出血的效果观察

摘　　要：目的对卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇预防多次剖宫产瘢痕子宫产后出血的临床效果进行探究。方法便利选取2015年1月—2017年12月期间在该院收治的100例产后出血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例,对照组采取米索前列醇,治疗组采取卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇,观察两组产后出血量情况、不良反应及临床效果。结果治疗组产后2 h出血量[(208.3±65.7)m L]、24 h出血量[(303.3±103.3)m L]明显低于对照组(t=6.83、7.35,P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率38.0%明显高于治疗组(χ~2=4.26,P<0.05);治疗组产后总有效率96.0%明显优于对照组(χ~2=4.02,P<0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇联合米索前列醇对多次剖宫产后出血的预防效果疗效显著,可明显减少产后出血率。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of prostaglandin tromethamine combined with misoprostol in preventing postpartum hemorrhage in muhiple cesarean section scars and uterus. Methods 100 patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Misoprostol was used in the control group and the card was used in the treatment group. The combination of tromethamine and misoprostol observed the postpartum hemorrhage, adverse re- actions and clinical effects. Results The amount of bleeding （208.3±65.7）mL and 24 h bleeding （303.3±103.3）mL in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （t=6.83, 7.35, P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was significantly higher at 38.0%. In the treatment group（χ^2=4.26, P〈0.05）; the total effective rate after delivery was 96.0% in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group （χ^2=4.02, P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Carbaryl tromethamine combined with misoprostol has a significant effect on the prevention of muhiple cesarean sec- tion hemorrhage, which can significantly reduce the postpartum hemorrhage rate.
