通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的对通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果进行探究。方法方便选取2013年1月—2018年1月间在该院收治的82例类风湿性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各为41例,对照组采取常规西医治疗方式,治疗组采取通络逐痹汤治疗方式,观察两组治疗后的病变活动分期、功能活动分级情况以及临床效果。结果治疗组病变活动分期急性活动期48.78%、亚急性活动期51.22%、慢性延伸期0.00%、持续稳定期0.00%,明显优于对照组(χ~2=6.793,P<0.05),治疗组功能活动分级Ⅰ级Ⅰ级0例(0%)、Ⅱ级13例(31.71%)、Ⅲ级18例(43.90%)、Ⅳ级10例(24.39%)明显优于对照组(χ~2=5.747、5.883、4.082、4.388,P<0.05)其中治疗组的总有效率97.56%,明显优于对照组(χ~2=5.729,P<0.05)。结论采用通络逐痹汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的临床效果优于常规西医治疗方式,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tongluo Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods 82 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to the hospital from 2013 January to January 2018 were convenient randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 41 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. The treatment method of Zhuyu Decoction was used to observe the stage of disease activity, the classifi- cation of functional activities and the clinical effects after treatment. Results In the treatment group, the acute active period of the disease activity was 48.78%, the subacute active period was 51.22%, the chronic extension period was 0%, and the continuous stable period was 0.00%, which was significantly better than the control group （χ^2=6.793, P〈0.05）. Grade I, grade I 0 （0.00%）, grade II 13 （31.71%）, grade III 18 （43.90%）, grade IV 10 （24.39%） were significantly better than the control group （χ^2=5.747, 5.838, 4.082, 4.388, P〈0.05） The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.56%, which was significantly better than the control group （χ^2=5.729, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Tongluo Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is better than that of conventional Western medicine. The effect is significant and wor- thy of clinical promotion.
