加速康复外科策略对腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科策略对腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后恢复的影响。方法从2013年3月—2017年9月期间在该院接受治疗的结直肠癌患者中方便选取121例,根究治疗方式的不同分组,观察组61例给予加速康复外科策略下的腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组60例给予结直肠癌根治术治疗,分析比较两组术后恢复情况和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组术后首次肠鸣时间、首次排气时间、首次进流体食物时间均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-4.012 6、-6.583 1、-22.185 4,P<0.05),同时,观察组术后并发症发生率为3.28%(2/61),对照组是20.00%(12/60),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=0.004 0,P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科策略对腹腔镜结直肠癌患者术后恢复起着促进作用,不仅可缩短患者首次肠鸣时间、首次排气时间、首次进流体食物时间,还能够减少术后并发症的发生,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on postoperative recovery of patients with laparoseopie eoloreetal cancer. Methods From March 2013 to September 2017, 121 patients with eolorectal cancer who were treated in the hospital were selected conveniently. Different groups of treatment methods were used. 61 patients in the observation group were given laparoseopie surgery under accelerated rehabilitation surgery. 60 patients in the control group were treated with radical resection of eoloreetal cancer. The postoperative recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the first time of bowel operation, the first exhaust time, and the first influx food time were significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically signfieant（t=-4.012 6, -6.583 1, -22.185 4,P〈0.05）. At the same time, the postoperative complications of the observation group. The incidence was 3.28% （2/61）, and the control group was 20.00% （12/60）,the difference was statistically signfieant（X^2=0.004 0,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Accelerated rehabilitation surgery strategy can promote the recovery of patients with laparoseopie eoloreetal cancer, which can shorten the first bowel time, the first exhaust time, the first time of fluid feeding, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of promotion.
