摘 要:双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)是一种常见的环境内分泌干扰物,具有显著的类雌激素作用。BPA能通过改变相关基因的表达,或与相关受体结合,从而影响雌激素相关肿瘤细胞的增殖。大量研究提示BPA暴露可能是引起乳腺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌和子宫内膜癌等生殖系统恶性肿瘤的危险因素。文章对近年来双酚A与乳腺癌、卵巢癌、前列腺癌和子宫内膜癌等生殖系统恶性肿瘤的相关性研究进行了系统阐述。As one common environmental endocrine disruption,bisphenol A( BPA) has significant estrogen-like effect.BPA can influence the proliferation of estrogen-related tumor cells through changing the expression of related genes,or the combination of related receptors. Evidence from multiple studies suggested that BPA exposure is a possible risk factor contributing to reproductive system malignancies,such as breast cancer,ovarian cancer,prostate cancer,and endometrial cancer. The paper presents a review of the studies conducted over recent years on the role of BPA in the development of reproductive system malignancies,such as breast cancer,ovarian cancer,prostate cancer,and endometrial cancer.
