摘　　要：原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤(PTL)不常见,源于病变的甲状腺淋巴组织,其发病机制尚未明确,可能与桥本甲状腺炎的自身免疫作用有关。本文以一例74岁老年女性原发性甲状腺淋巴瘤(弥漫性大B细胞性淋巴瘤)的诊治过程,并通过文献复习PTL的临床、病理等特征及治疗方法。Primary thyroid lymphoma （PTL） is uncommon and stems from the pathological thyroid lymphoid tissue. Its pathogenesis is unclear and may be related to the autoimmune effects of Hashimoto＇s thyroiditis.This article describes the diagnosis and treatment of a 74-year-old woman with primary thyroid lymphoma （diffuse large B-cell lymphoma）, and reviews the clinical and pathological features and treatment of PTL.
