摘 要:目的研究在2型糖尿病胃癌患者麻醉中应用七氟醚麻醉、丙泊酚麻醉的不同效果。方法选择该院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的38例2型糖尿病胃癌患者进行研究,随机将38例患者分为两组,每组均有19例,分别接受七氟醚麻醉、丙泊酚麻醉,相应视作七氟醚组、丙泊酚组,比较两组血糖水平及胰岛素水平变化情况。结果丙泊酚组、七氟醚组麻醉诱导前5 min血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),丙泊酚组诱导后5 min、麻醉后2 h血糖水平均低于七氟醚组(P<0.05);丙泊酚组、七氟醚组麻醉诱导前5 min胰岛素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)),丙泊酚组诱导后5 min、麻醉后2 h胰岛素水平均高于七氟醚组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病胃癌患者麻醉中,选择丙泊酚进行麻醉能够减小对患者血糖水平、胰岛素水平的影响,较七氟醚更值得推广。Objective To study the different effects of sevoflurane anesthesia and propofol anesthesia in anesthesia of type 2 diabetic patients with gastric cancer. Methods A total of 38 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and enrolled. A total of 38 patients were randomized into two groups, each with 19 patients receiving sevoflurane anesthesia, propofol anesthesia, respectively as the sevoflurane group, propofol group, compare the changes of blood glucose levels and insulin levels in the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in blood glucose levels between propofol group and sevoflurane group of 5 minutes before anesthesia induction (P〉0.05). The blood glucose level was lower than that of sevoflurane group 5 minutes after propofol group induction and 2 hours after anesthesia (P〈0.05); there was no significant difference in insulin levels between propofol group and sevoflurane group 5 minutes before induction of anesthesia (P〉0.05), 5 minutes after propofol group induction, 2 hours after anesthesia, insulin level was higher than sevoflurane group (P〈0.05). Conclusion In the anesthesia of type 2 diabetic patients with gastric cancer, the choice of propofol for anesthesia can reduce the impact on blood glucose levels and insulin levels, which is more worthy of promotion than sevoflurane.
