摘 要:城市生态空间是提供生态系统服务、保障城市生态安全、促进社会经济环境全面协调可持续发展的关键区域。本文以三亚市陆域生态空间规划为例,以生态服务功能评价为技术方法,就城市生态空间规模的划定问题进行了探讨。结果显示,为缓解三亚市生态环境问题,保障区域水源涵养、水土保持、生物多样性保护、防洪调蓄等主导生态服务功能的供给,至少需要878.77km^2的生态空间规模,以便在布局上自然形成城市内部生态空间与外部生态空间的联通,为增强生态服务功能及生态系统产品在市域范围内的流通提供承载空间。Urban ecological space is the key to provide ecosystem services,to ensure urban ecological safety,and to promote sustainable development of environment,economy and society.Taking Sanya's ecological space planning of the land as an example,this paper discussed the issues of the delimitation of urban ecological space based on the importance evaluation of ecosystem service function.The findings showed that at least 878.77 square kilometers of ecological space is needed to alleviate the ecological environment problems in Sanya City and to ensure the supply of leading ecological service functions such as water conservation,soil and water conservation,biodiversity conservation,and flood control and storage.In this way,the cohesion of the inner ecological space and the outer ecological space of Sanya City have been naturally formed,which provides the carrying capacity for enhancing the ecosystem service function and the circulation of the ecosystem products in the urban and rural area.
