摘  要:研究了某V12曲轴的模态、刚度和强度影响着曲轴的工作性能。通过Solidworks建立曲轴模型,并通过无缝连接导入到Ansys Workbench中利用Block lanczos方法对曲轴的模态进行分析,得出了曲轴前12阶固有频率和振型图,分析结论可对曲轴以后的优化及动力学分析提供相应的理论依据。经过有无附加约束的模态分析对比,自由模态条件下,曲轴主要表现出的是弯曲振动,而在约束条件下,曲轴主要表现出来的是扭转振动。结果表明:曲轴主要发生的是弯曲和扭转变形,可以预测变形部位是曲柄或者曲柄与曲轴大径连接处的平衡块,并且随着阶数的增加,变形程度也随之增加,通过改变平衡块的质量、外形等方式可以改善曲轴的振动。The modal, stiffness and strength of a V12 crankshaft were studied to affect the working performance of the crankshaft. The crankshaft model was established by Solidworks, and the modals of the crankshaft were analyzed by using the Block lanczos method by seamlessly connecting to the Ansys Workbench. The first 12 natural frequencies and mode shapes of the crankshaft were obtained. The analysis results can be used to optimize the crankshaft. The dynamic analysis provides the corresponding theoretical basis. After modal analysis with or without additional constraints, under free-mode conditions, the crankshaft exhibits mainly bending vibration, and under constraint conditions, the main manifestation of the crankshaft is torsional vibration. The results show that the main crankshaft is bending and torsion deformation. It can be predicted that the deformation part is the balance block of the crank or the connection between the crank and the crankshaft, and as the order increases, the degree of deformation also increases. The vibration of the crankshaft can be improved by changing the weight and shape of the weight.
