免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析免疫球蛋白检验对乙型肝炎患者的临床效果。方法以2016年4月—2018年4月该院收治的50例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者为甲组,以同期收治的50例慢性乙型肝炎患者为乙组,以同期在该院体检的50名健康者为丙组,对比3组免疫球蛋白检验结果;将100例乙型肝炎患者依病情是否缓解分为缓解组、未缓解组,对比两组免疫球蛋白检验结果及TBIL、PTA水平。结果甲、乙、丙组IgA、IgM、IgG水平对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);缓解组IgA、IgM、IgG、TBIL分别为(2.35±0.23)g/L、(2.72±0.26)g/L、(13.65±3.04)g/L、(196.05±88.58)μmol/L,低于未缓解组,PTA水平为(57.33±10.93)%,高于未缓解组(t=6.64、6.30、3.99、6.21、9.10,P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白检验可为乙型肝炎治疗提供有效依据,值得借鉴。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of immunoglobulin test for patients with hepatitis B. Methods 50 cases of patients with chronic and severe hepatitis B admitted and treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2018 were selected as the group A, while 50 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted and treated at the same pe riod were selected as the group B, while 50 cases of healthy examiners in our hospital at the same period were selected as the group C, and the immunoglobulin test resuhs were compared, and 100 cases were divided into the relief group and non-relief group, and the immunoglobulin test result and TBIL, PTA levels were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the IgA, IgM, IgG among the group A, group B and group C were statistically signficant （P〈 0.05）, and the IgA, IgM, IgG, TBIL in the relief group were respectively（2.35±0.23） g/L, （2.72±0.26） g/L, （13.65±3.04）g/L, （196.05±88.58）μmol/L, which were lower than those in the non-relief group, and the PTA level was （57.33±10.93）%, which was higher than that in the non-relief group （t=6.64, 6.30, 3.99, 6.21, 9.10, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The im- munoglobulin test can provide effective basis for the treatment of hepatitis B, which is worth reference.
