摘　　要：目的对比乳房微创旋切与传统开放手术治疗乳房良性肿块的临床效果。方法收集于2016年1月—2018年5月入住沭阳协和医院46例乳房良性肿块患者,依据治疗方法不同分为标准组和治疗组:治疗组23例患者采取乳房微创旋切进行治疗,对照组23患者例采取传统开放手术进行治疗,比较2组临床疗效。结果 2组乳房肿块均完整切除,治疗组手术时间(19.50±2.23)min、术中出血量(5.65±0.85)mL、瘢痕长度(2.68±0.22)mm、住院时间(4.15±0.25)d均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.281、4.792、6.382、4.301,P<0.05);对照组术后5例(21.74%)发生并发症,3例(13.04%)乳房变形,而治疗组1例(4.35%),0例(0.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.783,8.9595,P<0.05)。结论在乳腺良性肿瘤患者中,微创乳房外科手术治疗比传统开放手术更准确,不仅能缩减手术时长,减少术中出血量,还有有效防治并发症,临床应用起来安全性较高,建议推广应用。Objective To compare the curative effect of minimally invasive circumflex of breast and traditional open surgery in treatment of benign breast lump. Methods 46 cases of patients with benign breast lump admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to different treat ment methods, with 23 cases in each, the treatment group and in the control group were respectively treated with mini- mally invasive circunffles of breast and traditional open surgery, and the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results The breast lump of the two groups was cut, and the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount, scar length and length of stay in the treatment group were respectively （19.50±2.23）min, （5.65±0.85）mL, （2.68± 0.22）ram, （4.15±0.25）d, which were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistical- ly significant（t=4.792, 5.281, 6.382, 4.301, P〈0.05） ; the differences in the incidence rates of complications in the con trol group and in the control group were statistically significant, in the control group, 5 cases had complications （21.74%） and 3 cases （13.04%） had breast deformation, while in the treatment group, 1 cases （4.35%） and 0 case （0.00%） （χ2=4.783, 8.9595, P〈0.05） . Conclusion The minimally invasive circumflex of breast in treatment of patients with benign breast lump is more acute than that of the traditional open surgery/, which can shorten the operation time, reduce the intraoperative bleeding amount and effectively prevent the complications with higher safety, and it is sug- gested to be promoted and applied.
