盐酸坦洛新治疗慢性前列腺炎120例回顾分析

摘　　要：目的研究盐酸坦洛新对降低慢性前列腺炎患者血清炎症因子的作用研究。方法以2016年3月—2018年2月间该院收治的120例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象,观察其进行药物治疗的疗效,以常规抗生素治疗为对照,分析抗生素+盐酸坦洛新治疗效果。结果观察组疼痛不适评分(8.2±3.1)分、排尿症状评分(3.2±1.2)分、生活质量评分(5.3±2.8)分,分别均较对照组(11.8±5.1)分、(5.5±2.1)分、(7.8±2.3)分明显降低(t=11.52、12.49、10.37,P<0.05),观察组前列腺液中C反应蛋白水平(9.65±1.02)mg/L低于对照组(67.9±1.52)mg/L,两组差异有统计学意义(t=13.65,P<0.05)。结论盐酸坦洛新是一种科学的治疗方案,能降低前列腺液中C反应蛋白,缓解前列腺症状,有利于患者康复。Objective To study the effect of tamsulosin hydrochloride on reducing the serurn inflammatory factors. Methods 120 cases of patients with chronic prostatitis admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to Febru ary 2018 were selected, and the curative effect was observed, and the routine antibiotics were used for comparison, and the treatment effect of antibiotics and tamsulosin hydrochloride was analyzed. Results The pain disconfort score, void- ing symptom score and quality of life score in the observation group obviously decreased compared with those in the control group, [（ 8.2±3.1）points, （ 3.2±1.2）points, （5.3±2.8）points vs （11.8±5.1）points, （ 5.5±2.1）points, （7.8±2.3）points]（t= 11.52, 12.49, 10.37,P〈0.05）, and the C reactive protein level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group[（9.65±1.02）mg/L vs （67.9±1.52）rag/L], and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（t= 13.65,P〈0.05）. Conclusion The tamsulosin hydrochloride is a scientific treatment plan, which can reduce the C reac tive protein in the expressed prostatic secretion and relieve the prostate symptoms, which is conductive to the recovery of patients.
