一例疑难多发伤再次多部位手术的护理配合

摘　　要：目的探讨一例疑难多发伤再次多部位手术的护理配合要点。方法选取该院2017年11—12月所收治疑难多发伤患者1例,在急诊行开颅探查、去骨瓣减压、硬膜外血肿清除、脑内血肿清除、硬脑膜扩大修补、左侧侧脑室钻孔引流、颅内传感器植入术后23 d,再在全麻下行取髂骨植骨、颈前路内固定、左桡骨内固定、经颈后路内固定4个部位手术时,针对头脑风暴后提出的手术室的护理重点、难点采取系统的术前准备、术中配合、术后处理。结果经过9 h的紧张手术,手术顺利完成,无并发症发生,术后2月动态随访患者,患者康复效果满意,对手术室的护理配合工作满意并备受感动。结论精准有效、快速全面的术前准备、术中配合、术后处理对疑难多发伤的多次手术的安全有效救治、快速康复起到重要作用。Objective To study the nursing cooperation main points of repeated muhiple site surgery for 1 case with complicated severe muhiple trauma. Methods 1 ease with complicated severe muhiple trauma admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2017 were selected for craniotomy, depressive craniectomy, epidural hematoma clearance, intracerebral hematoma clearance, dura＇s enlargement repairation, left lateral ventricle drainage, and intracranial sensor implantation, after 23d, the patients were for Iliac bone graft, anterior cervical fixation, internal fixation of the left radius, posterior cervical internal fixation surgery under the general anesthesia, and the preoperative preparation, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative treatment were used according to the nursing key points and difficult points in the operating room after the brainstorm. Results After the nervous surgery of 9 hours, the surgery was successfully finished, without the complications, and the patients were followed up in 2 months after surgery and the re- covery effect of patients is very satisfactory, and the patients were satisfied with and moved by the nursing cooperation work in the operating room. Conclusion The precise, effective, rapid and comprehensive preoperative preparation, in- traoperative cooperation and postoperative treatment is of important effect on the effective treatment and rapid recovery of muhiple surgeries of complicated severe muhiple trauma.
