摘　　要：针对GD包装机在卷烟包装过程中出现条盒遗漏、外观变形、包装材料改变导致检测无效等缺陷,设计了一种光电式缺盒检测器,该检测器由控制器、上检测板和下检测板三部分组成,利用反射式红外光电管的收发特性,发射管向烟包持续发出强度固定的红外光,被烟包反射后在光电接收管中产生表征光电管和烟包之间距离的电流信号,将该信号和标准距离信号比较,就可实现对香烟生产过程出现的内在条盒遗漏、外观变形等缺陷产品的检测。实践表明,缺盒检测误检率<0. 1%,缺盒检测准确度达100%。A new type of photoelectric lack-box detector is designed for the invalidity detection which is resultedfrom the missing of the strip box, the appearance deformation, and the change of the packaging material in the GDpackaging machine. It consists of three parts, controller,top-plate and under-plate.The transceiver features of reflectiveinfrared photocells are used here.The infrared emitter tube sends fixed light signal to the box and the light signal isreflected by the box. The reflected light signal is detected by the receiver and the signal is changed into current signalwhich is influenced by the distance between the phototube and the box.By comparing the current signal with thestandard signal,the detector can detect the faulty products of the missing of the strip box, the appearance deformation,and the like.Practice shows that the lack of box detection error rate is less than 0.1%, and the detecting accuracyfor the lack of box is as high as 100%.
