摘　　要：因环氧浇注广泛应用于110kV-1000kV GIS中,为判定其影响质量稳定性因素,研究了环氧浇注工艺参数影响,浇注原材料影响.测试了样条的抗张、抗弯性能,玻璃化温度(Tg),得出控制工艺稳定可使浇注质量稳定。In order to improve the stability of quality of epoxy resin casting for 110kV-1000kV GIS, routine test ismade for that Casting process and raw materials. By the comparison and analysis tensile strength 、 flexural strength 、 theglass transition temperature of the test sampling data of Casting process with different vale and epoxy resin rawmaterials, the ideal and optimal method which is to ensure the stability of quality of epoxy resin casting is offered.Seen from the test results the standard casting process stability are influencing the quality.
