摘　　要：全合一营养液(AIO)是一种常用的支持肠外营养制剂。由七大机体营养要素按适当比例,在符合无菌操作的原则基础上配制而成。本文针对全合一营养液配伍进行实验探索,发现了主药脂肪乳剂浓度对配伍实验稳定性的影响,20%intralipid组比30%intralipid组的AIO更稳定,临床应用更加安全可靠。All in one nutrient solution （AIO） is a commonly used support for parenteral proper proportions of seven nutrient elements, It is formulated on the basis of the principle of paper explores the compatibility of all in one nutrient solution.
