摘　　要：近年来,妇科肿瘤疾病严重影响全球女性的健康,我国妇科肿瘤发病率呈逐年上升趋势,且不断年轻化[1],手术等治疗手段对患者而言产生了不可忽视的负性情绪体验。此外,妇科肿瘤不仅给患者本身带来巨大的痛苦,同时也给家庭带来沉重的打击和压力,尤其是对于长期照顾肿瘤患者的家人而言。因此,在整体护理模式的医学环境下,护士不仅需要关注患者的心理健康状况,还需延伸至其家庭成员。本研究从家属焦虑的概念及影响因素等方面进行概述,在为提高妇科围手术期肿瘤患者的心理健康状况,以及对妇科肿瘤患者家庭的整体护理提供参考依据。In recent years,Gynecologic tumors seriously affects the health of women worldwide, The incidence of gynecological tumors in China is increasing year by year, and constantly younger[1] , Surgery and other treaments have a negative emotional experience that can not be ignored for patients. In addition; gynecological tumors not only bring great pain to the patients themselves,and taking heavy blows and pressure to the family, Especially for family who care for cancer patients for a long time. Therefore, Under the medical environment of the overall care model, nurses not only need to pay attention to the mental health of patients, and need to extend to family members. This study summarizes the concept and influencing factors of family anxiety to provide reference for improving the mental health of gynecologic perioprative period tumor patients and the family nursing of gynecological tumor patients.
