摘　　要：高校考察考核提拔干部的重要依据是人事档案,人事档案是个人自然情况和社会工作经历的真实反映,它记载一个人的政治情况、学历、工作经历、社会关系、工作业绩、科研能力等内容,提高人事档案管理水平,在经济、经济、科技飞速发展的今天,将人事档案的作用发挥出来,是人事档案管理的重要研究方向。The examine evaluation to promote the cadre personnel files, is the important basis of personnel files is the real reflection of natural situation and social work experience,it records a person＇s political situation,educational background,work experience,social relationship,job pefformance and scientific research ability,improve the level of personnel file personnel file management, in today＇s economy, economy, science and technology rapid development, the role of the research direction of the personnel file management
