摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,机动车保有量与机动车驾驶人出现"井喷式"增长,公安交管人才缺口巨大。全国公安院校几乎都开设有交通管理专业,作为专业建设和提高人才培养质量基石的实训室,如何进行建设与管理,本文将进行探讨。with the rapid development of China＇s economy and number of motor vehicle drivers have seen a ＂blowout＂ growth, personnel. Almost all public security colleges and universities across cornerstone for professional construction and improvement of personnel society, the number of motor vehicles and the resulting in a huge shortage of public security the country offer transportation management as a training quality. This paper will discuss how to carry out construction and management.
