摘 要:采用原位聚合法制备出硅丙树脂/LDH纳米复合材料,对其膜进行热学性能、光学性能、气体阻隔性能分析。结果表明:硅丙树脂/丙烯酸柱撑水滑石复合材料为纳米复合材料,其玻璃化温度消失,改善了"热粘冷脆"的缺陷; LDH含量为3%的硅丙树脂/LDH样品的降解温度为470℃,比纯硅丙树脂高出77℃;且随纳米水滑石的质量分数的增加,成膜氧气的透过率降低,而水蒸气的透过率略呈上升趋势;成膜的透光率增加,雾度降低,且在其约为3%时达到峰值。该材料具有优异热学性能、光学化性能和气体阻隔性能。The silicon-acrylic resin/LDH nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ polymerization method,and the thermal properties,optical properties and gas barrier properties of the films were analyzed. The results showed that the silicone-acrylic resin/acrylic pillared hydrotalcite composite was a nanocomposite,and its glass transition temperature disappears,which improves the defects of"hot-stick cold-brittle". When the LDH content was 3%,the silicone resin/LDH sample degradation temperature was 470℃,77℃ higher than pure silicone resin. With the increase of the mass fraction of nano-hydrotalcite,the transmittance of film-forming oxygen decreases,while the transmittance of water vapor increases slightly; the transmittance of film-forming increases,the haze decreases,and it is about 3%,the peak value is reached. This material has excellent thermal properties,optical properties and gas barrier properties.
