摘 要:锂离子电池具有高能量密度、长循环寿命以及无污染等显著特点而得到广泛应用,然而在使用过程中锂离子电池有出现热失控连锁反应引发火灾的风险。本文针对锂离子电池的热失控连锁反应,制备了以三元乙丙橡胶为基体的阻燃防护材料,将其应用在锂离子电池组中,通过燃烧试验研究其在锂离子电池热失控连锁反应中的防护隔离效果,试验结果表明使用该阻燃材料能够起到有效的热隔离防护作用,抑制了锂离子电池之间的热传递,切断锂离子电池热失控连锁反应的发生。Lithium ion battery with high energy density,long cycle life and no pollution and other notable features are widely used,but there is the fire risk caused by thermal runaway chain reaction during the lithium ion battery application. According to the thermal runaway chain reaction of lithium ion batteries,the flame retardant material based on the ethylene propylene diene monome was prepared in this paper. The flame retardant material was used in the lithium ion battery group,and the combustion experiment was conducted. The experiment result showed that the material can play a protective effect on lithium ion batteries,which can inhibit the thermal transfer between lithium ion batteries.
