聚环氧琥珀酸阻垢剂的制备及性能评价

摘　　要：以马来酸酐为原料,以钨酸钠为催化剂,双氧水为环化剂,Ca(OH)2为引发剂,通过水溶液聚合,制备了绿色、高效聚环氧琥珀酸阻垢剂。利用正交试验确定了最佳合成条件,即:单体用量为6%,单体和氢氧化钙摩尔比为1∶0. 06,pH值为11,反应温度为95℃。并用静态离子含量变化法评价了其阻垢性能。Using maleic anhydride,hydrogen peroxide,calcium hydroxide and sodium tungstate,poly-epoxysuccinic acid was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization. And the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment as follows： monomer content is 6%,molar ratio of monomer/calcium hydroxide is 1∶ 0. 06,pH value is 11,and reaction teamprature is 95℃. And scale inhibition was evaluated by change of calcium.
