离子交换型微球栓塞剂的载药及可视化研究

摘  要:商业化离子交换型微球栓塞剂仅能负载荷正电的药物,且本身不能被X射线、CT或MRI检测,在现有的影像学设备下不可视,不利于栓塞术中监控和术后复查。该文总结了离子交换型微球栓塞剂载药及可视化方面的研究报道,介绍了前沿最新进展以及在临床研究与应用中的现状,最后提出离子交换型微球栓塞剂在载药及可视化方面将来的发展方向。Commercial ion-exchange microsphere embolic agents can just load positively-charged drug molecules,and are not visible in the current imaging devices,which is not helpful for operation monitor and post-operation examinations. In this review,recent reports related todrug loading and visualization studies of ion-exchange microsphere embolic agents were summarized. Besides,the frontier research advances together with clinical research progress of ion-exchange microsphere embolic agents were also introduced. At last,this review proposed future development direction of this kind of embolic agents in terms of drug loading and visibility.
