摘 要:呼出气一氧化氮(Fe NO)作为一种气道炎症性生物标志物是近年来研究的热点,被认为是嗜酸性气道炎症的替代指标,可协助气道炎症性疾病的诊断,反映气道炎症状态以及预测对激素治疗的反应性等。Fe NO产生的机制为各种炎症和感染刺激诱导呼吸道上皮细胞中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)生成增多,经过一系列氧化还原反应,最终产生大量NO。影响Fe NO水平的因素很多,最主要取决于气道炎症性疾病状态,如哮喘和过敏性鼻炎等。Fe NO检测具有无创、简便、可重复等特点。探究Fe NO检测在气道炎症性疾病中的作用可能是未来研究趋势。Fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) as a biomarker of airway inflammation has been a hot topic of the research in recent years. FeNO is considered as an alternative indicator of eosinophilie airway inflammation, which can assist the diagnosis of airway inflammatory diseases, reflect airway inflammatory status, and predict response to hormone therapy. The production meehanism of FeNO is that, various inflammations and infeetion stinmations induce the increase of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) in the respiratory epithelial cells, by a series of redox reactions, a large number of NO is eventually produced. Although there are many factors influeneing FeNO level, it mainly depends on the state of airway inflammatory diseases, such as asthma and allergic rhinitis. In addition, FeNO detection is noninvasive, simple and repeatable. It may be the future research trend to explore the role of FeNO detection in airway inflammatory diseases.
