局部应用胰岛素促进糖尿病创面愈合的研究进展

摘　　要：糖尿病可导致多种并发症,创面长期无法愈合的糖尿病足溃疡是引起截肢的直接原因,糖尿病足溃疡的现有治疗费用较高且作用有限。全身应用胰岛素已被系统用于糖尿病治疗,近年来,局部应用胰岛素促进伤口愈合的研究逐渐开展。通过对糖尿病患者伤口愈合的分子机制及胰岛素敷料结合系统进行研究发现,局部应用胰岛素可以有效促进糖尿病伤口愈合。未来可围绕胰岛素敷料封装系统进行更深层次的研究,结合不同类型靶向因子,促进糖尿病患者的伤口愈合。Diabetes mellitus can lead to a variety of complications. Diabetic foot ulcers ,which cannot be healed for a long time, are the direct causes of amputation. Existing treatments for diabetic foot ulcers are limited and expensive. Whole body insulin has been used for systematic treatment of diabetes. In recent years, local application of insulin to promote wound healing has been studied. The molecular meehanism of wound healing in diabetic patients and the system of insulin dressing binding have been studied, and it＇s discovered that local application of insulin can effectively promote the healing of diabetic wounds. In the future, we can further develop the encapsulation system of insulin dressings and combine different types of targeting factors to promote wound healing in diabetic patients.
